Do your watches have warranty?

All of the movements on our time-pieces are guaranteed for one year after the date of arrival.

If there are unexpected issues with mechanical parts, not provoked through incorrect usage, we will repair or replace the movement of your watch for no additional charge.

Please note that we do not cover postage expenses for sending your watch to us but we will cover the redelivery expenses if you are in the same country from which your initial order was placed.

Timeframes on warranty services may vary but please allow up to 45 working days. Some parts may need to be ordered to complete a repair.

If it is deemed a repair cannot be carried out within the above specified timeframe of 45 working days, or if post-repair testing concludes that the watch is not running within our parameters of +/- 5 seconds per day after an attempted repair, a replacement will be issued of the same model.
It is not within our warranty policy to issue a replacement before a repair has been attempted.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products we have adequate reason to believe have been mishandled. This includes underwater wear, impact to the item, or intentional damage.

Are your watches waterproof?

– Each and every watch on our site is factory waterproofed to 50m. While our pieces will do just fine with handwashing and getting caught in the rain, we do not recommend fully submering them and can therefore not guarantee for this.

How long does delivery take?

– Our customers can enjoy free shipping without additional costs. We only use one shipping method and do not offer express shipping for an additional fee.

Shipping and processing times:

Processing: 3-5 working days.
Shipping: 7-10 working days.

Where do your orders ship from?

– Our watches ship from our facility in China after they are riguriously checked to make sure they are within gen specs.

What are your return and cancellation policies?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Better than expected
I found chrono select through a reference on some forums and decided to give them a shot. Was super sceptical at first but Brad (their support) was very responsive and reassuring. Received the watch today about 2 weeks after purchasing and I’m blown away. I can’t believe replicas have reached this level. Will be back for more! QC service prior to shipment was a very welcome bonus

My second purchase from chrono select stunning watch outstanding quality down to the last detail from case dial and the movement function of the gmt function is exact as the original watch so best replica on the market today will now be looking to get the submariner as my next purchase so cant recommend chrono select highly enough you are getting the best replica avaliable anywhere only way to get better is to buy real one from Rolex A++++++++

This is my second watch I have bought from Chrono select an excellent watch fantastic quality as the previous Rolex daytona watch I have bought from chrono select so again cant praise them high enough easy order fast dispatch excellent communication they really do sell the best watches and will be more than happy to purchase future watches so if you any doubt about buying from chrono select dont be truly outstanding watches so your are getting the best quality replicas on the market today A+++++++++

Why would anyone pay for the real deal
I wasn’t sure where the quality would be on these watches but they are so close to the real thing now I am considering cashing in on my actual Rolex to get a few more of these, great job.
