Do your watches have warranty?

All of the movements on our time-pieces are guaranteed for one year after the date of arrival.

If there are unexpected issues with mechanical parts, not provoked through incorrect usage, we will repair or replace the movement of your watch for no additional charge.

Please note that we do not cover postage expenses for sending your watch to us but we will cover the redelivery expenses if you are in the same country from which your initial order was placed.

Timeframes on warranty services may vary but please allow up to 45 working days. Some parts may need to be ordered to complete a repair.

If it is deemed a repair cannot be carried out within the above specified timeframe of 45 working days, or if post-repair testing concludes that the watch is not running within our parameters of +/- 5 seconds per day after an attempted repair, a replacement will be issued of the same model.
It is not within our warranty policy to issue a replacement before a repair has been attempted.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products we have adequate reason to believe have been mishandled. This includes underwater wear, impact to the item, or intentional damage.

Are your watches waterproof?

– Each and every watch on our site is factory waterproofed to 50m. While our pieces will do just fine with handwashing and getting caught in the rain, we do not recommend fully submering them and can therefore not guarantee for this.

How long does delivery take?

– Our customers can enjoy free shipping without additional costs. We only use one shipping method and do not offer express shipping for an additional fee.

Shipping and processing times:

Processing: 3-5 working days.
Shipping: 7-10 working days.

Where do your orders ship from?

– Our watches ship from our facility in China after they are riguriously checked to make sure they are within gen specs.

What are your return and cancellation policies?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

I have handled many watches vintage modern and replicas over the years so I have a good idea what a watch should feel like. I also do some basic work on watches to prep them for sale so I know how they work. I started buying replicas as holiday souvenir's and I quickly learnt how quality varied with no standards AAA seems meaningless most were unpleasant to wear. Even the better ones had a limited life with cheap movements that were difficult to service. In addition most copy chronographs don’t have working chrono functions because the movements are too complicated and expensive. This watch is different ! It obviously looks right and feels right but when I tested it I was surprised by the results. It is the best running movement I have and I have a lot of watches many for sale. The photo shows the Timegrapher result , not a piece of kit commonly available , and apart from the obvious accuracy the beat error of 0.0 ms is remarkable. The movement is a good well finished copy and should be serviceable. The watch is engraved and numbered etc where it should be in places most owners won’t be able to access. So ignore people who say you can get a copy Rolex for £50 this watch is not one of those.
