All of the movements on our time-pieces are guaranteed for one year after the date of arrival.

If there are unexpected issues with mechanical parts, not provoked through incorrect usage, we will repair or replace the movement of your watch for no additional charge.

Please note that we do not cover postage expenses for sending your watch to us but we will cover the redelivery expenses if you are in the same country from which your initial order was placed.

Timeframes on warranty services may vary but please allow up to 45 working days. Some parts may need to be ordered to complete a repair.

If it is deemed a repair cannot be carried out within the above specified timeframe of 45 working days, or if post-repair testing concludes that the watch is not running within our parameters of +/- 5 seconds per day after an attempted repair, a replacement will be issued of the same model.
It is not within our warranty policy to issue a replacement before a repair has been attempted.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products we have adequate reason to believe have been mishandled. This includes underwater wear, impact to the item, or intentional damage.

– Each and every watch on our site is factory waterproofed to 50m. While our pieces will do just fine with handwashing and getting caught in the rain, we do not recommend fully submering them and can therefore not guarantee for this.

– Our customers can enjoy free shipping without additional costs. We only use one shipping method and do not offer express shipping for an additional fee.

– Our watches ship from our facility in China after they are riguriously checked to make sure they are within gen specs. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
