At Chrono Select, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer support team at info@chronoselect.co to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Conditions: The watch must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a refusal of the return.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or defective product).

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
